Chenoweth-Hage wouldn’t consent to the search until and unless the TSA
would give her a copy of the law or regulation which would authorize
the search. Julian Gonzales, the local TSA security director, told the Idaho Statesman that "She said she wanted to see the regulation that required the additional procedure for secondary screening and she was told she couldn’t see it. She refused to go through additinoal screening, and she was not allowed to fly. It’s pretty simply."
Glad to see that the Fourth Amendment has been revoked. Can’t say a search is illegal if you can’t prove it’s not legal!
